Interview
Phone interview, site interview, interview with business unit management. The interviews are typically round-robin or panel. The interviewers were from various backgrounds, to include HR, General Manager, Production Manager, various VPs. It took about a month for someone to provide feedback, but that's typical at many places. Overall, the interview process was typical for the level of the position.

Interview
Pretty standard stuff, starting with several phone interviews. I was an out of town candidate so I interviewed with two HR people, then the site manager. I was then scheduled to do an onsite with about 7 people. Onsite featured a tour and basic single or two person team interviews.
