AlixPartners interview questions

3 interview rounds. Interestingly, no case interviews (possibly due to my 3 yrs in consulting) 1st - 2/3 one-on-ones with Directors 2nd - 2 one-on-ones with VPs plus personality and IQ test - doesn't seem difficult to pass In between #2 and #3 phone interview with a person who introduces herself as a psycologist, but asks fairly straightforward fit questions e.g. situation when you fail to deliver, personal areas for improvement etc 3rd - 2 one-on-ones with head of practice and head of office. Why Alix partners, why now, your goals etc The whole process is extremely long (took 4 months) with intervals between rounds (final response) of 1-1.5 months without any feasible explanation

I had a one on one with a Managing Director, we spoke about the internships, experiences and relevant coursework listed on my resume and what I learned from them. We spoke about the structure and work culture at Alix as well as new markets they would like to expand into.
