Interview
30 minute interview at their offices. I met with a Senior consultant, and then with an internal recruiter. The questions were mainly generic questions about my career ambitions, my working history and my skills etc.
Structured two stage interview process, with final stage with divisional director. The interview ended with being 'sold out', which was a test of resilience to see how quickly you pushed back.

1st round video call, followed by an on-site half day with team and managers. Very streamlined process. Go through motivations, business process, and see how the job is done on half-day
It was a wonderful experience. Got to know a lot of things. But i wasn't selected. The panel was good. It wasn't so difficult. The questions were ok ok kind
