I applied online in December 2018. There were 3 rounds to the interview process. The first was a call from the recruiter and asked simple questions to confirm I was being truthful on my application materials. The second was a phone call with 3 of the 4 people who were part of the interview process. That call lasted about 1 hour and they asked several standard questions and allowed me to ask questions. The 3rd round was a video chat with the same 3 people. The 4th person was not available to meet with me. I presented training on a fun activity because they wanted to make sure that I could provide comprehensive training without missing any steps within a limited time. They also wanted to make sure I did not skip around because people can assume that others have an understanding that they may not have.
I received an email 2 weeks after they stated they would make their decision telling me I did not get the job. I got a phone call 2 weeks after that to explain why I did not get the job.
