I was called in for an interview and was ushered into the hiring process that day. I spoke to a very nice woman for my first interview that as general questions about education and why I wanted to work for Alorica. The same day I spoke with the hiring manager who asked more probing questions about how I would handle customers. I was offered the job and accepted it.

The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
