It is quite fine, the process took a long time since there are a lot of applicants but the hub was comfortable and open. The interviews are not very strict and as long as your use of English language is fluent and good, you'll be fine. The assessment room is a bit crowded because of the volume of applicant and the passing employees were talking during the assessment, you just have to be confident during the assessment.
