The process took about a month but it was the most lax interview experience I have ever had. Everyone one was nice and it pretty much felt like a conversation the whole time. First was a phone screen with HR, where they just asked which location would I want to work at, expected pay range etc... Then it was a phone interview with a team lead who pretty much just asked how your experience overlapped with the job description. After that I had to use the product to solve two exercises which weren't very hard. They give you a week to solve them and there are so many samples and YouTube videos that it shouldn't take you longer then 2 days to complete them. You present your solutions and your methodology to a couple of people within the company via Webex. After that was an on site interview, which was pretty much just having a conversation with the team, VP and others. It was very laid back, I talked about my hobbies more then I did about my background, which tells me the on site is pretty much a personality test. Overall a great experience!
