There is basically no interview. You go to an office, they give you your oral drug test, figure out your schedule, send you on your way. If you're willing to wait, the whole process takes a while because they try to start 50 or so people on site on the same day.

The hiring process was surprisingly straightforward. I applied online and was offered the position shortly after without any formal interview. It seemed they were eager to fill the role quickly.

There wasn’t one . You fill out application and answer a few computer generated questions. After that you’ll get an email with a link with a questionnaire behavior, questions, and scenarios
