In-person interview. Asked straightforward STAR behavioral questions and a few random problem solving questions to investigate your thought process. Overall, it was a fairly standard interview experience. They are looking for thoughtfulness, enthusiasm, and confidence.

I was interviewed through our college career fair. The process took about 3-4 weeks but only one round of interviews. The interview was with a group of engineers consisting of lead engineers as well.
