Interview
One of the worst management ever. I applied through University career fair. First had an interview in University - Mainly HR questions and some technical questions on resume. Selected for onsite interview - Had 4 rounds of onsite interviews in Phoenix. All were very simple. They asked questions on networking, virtualization, Java and resume technical questions. I answered all of them. Didn't heard back even after 4 weeks.
The interview process was very good and the panel members were clear on what they wanted in the candidate for this role and were very kind and understanding the person

Interview
The process started on campus at my school. Within 2 weeks I flew out to American Airlines in Dallas. There was a behavioral interview, a technical interview and a written exam. All of the interviewers were amazing people. The technical interview will test you so be so prepared.
