Be prepared to answer 3 SMART interview questions and general interview questions. The SMART questions will be based on the skills listed on the job description. You will get a phone screening first which is fairly basic and should only take about 5 minutes followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. A third interview may be required with the hiring director.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (New York, NY) in Aug 2022
Interview
Applied online, got an email from HR for a screener call about a month later.
Process moved very quickly from there, first round interview with two managers on the team the next week after the screener, standard behaviorals and just getting to know you a bit better.
Moved onto next round with team leader two days later, quick call, a few technical questions but mostly chatting, seems like this is more to see if you're a culture fit.
Got a verbal offer the day after the second interview, which I gladly accepted.
I felt HR was very responsive and easy to work with. The whole process was smooth and really left a great impression.
