American Income Life "Entry Level Management" interview questions

The Hiring and Interview process was as similar as many here have described: upload resume, get a cal that they want to interview you etc. So I got an interview, filled forms when I got there and the interviewer asked questions that were straightforward. and it all went well. Interviewer ended by complementing me and informed me that they will later in the day to know if I qualify for the next round of interview. No call. I upload my resume again (maybe on a different website) and they same thing again but only a different interviewer that even complements me more. No call. No offer. There and then I thought that this is a useless company. Why did they even invite me a second time? Did they have a problem at their HR administration? Because for someone looking for a job, it is quiet frustrating. and what is also frustrating is to sound too nice to the candidate at the interview and not call back, it feels like they are lying and dishonest! I would not want to work for a company that is dishonest. They said that they like my personality, they are commfortable being around me,etc.......and they dont call back. That is very frustarting and shoes that they are dishinest and scams

There is a 3 step interview process. These are all very quick and informal. As you will see they interview almost anyone and hire 90% of the applicants. Be aware that what they are presenting are only half truths and they leave out very important details. Do your research and be prepared to ask in depth questions regarding your financial commitment.
