I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amgen (Denver, CO) in Sep 2023
Interview
The interview process was not transparent, once the panel interview was done, there was no response from the hr or recruiter on if I was moving my forward or not in the process , when I reached out to the recruiter directly, there was no response at all for 2 weeks . Then suddenly I get an automated rejection response from the website.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Amgen in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process was good, and organised, but They never bothered to let me know about the results for 3-4 weeks. The experience with the recruitment team was not very good, they were not very responsive , never responded to any email.
