There is a questionaire to fill out. Then you have to make an audio recording of your voice. Then there was a form I-9 to fill out. There was also a background check done

I was interviewed by two managers who each asked questions regarding my experience with the product and how I would handle certain types of experiences and tested my phone skills.

i talked over the phone with ancestry, they were very lovely. They said they will get back to me with an online assessment and more details about training. they gave me details about what the job requires, benefits and location. very very helpful. she seemed very engaged into the conversation and gave me the impression that i got to the next phase.
