Got a call from Recruiter, was asked to attempt HackerRank online test, did very well without copying anything from Web or Google.
They asked me to come for an onsite face-to-face interview, I delayed for two weeks due to my health condition, later connected them to confirm the onsite interview. They Rejected my application for no reason, later another recruiter told that it's a mess everywhere as they are hiring 200+ Engineers, HackerRank was a complete failure as people copied from the Web and later in onsite interview failed miserably to answer simple questions.
Hackerrank test was a complete failure in their interview process, now they have rejected all the candidates having good scores and would like to reinvent their hiring process.
I invested my time, followed right path but still got rejected.
How can every company in this world hire Top 1% candidates in IT industry? and 45min online interview or 4 hours interview process evaluate the candidate. It's a silly question but needs an answer from industry, somebody needs to fix it.
