Professional, pleasant & formal face to face interview. 1 on 1 with the Director. The director's sweet and personable demeanor added a welcoming touch to this experience. Initially nervewrecking, the session gradually transitioned into an engaging "chit-chat", providing an opportunity for the Director to understand me better.
