First I was sent a few questions for a written interview, then after a week or so an opportunity to schedule an sit-down interview. This interview consisted of two supervisors that I would be working with. Finally, a formal offer an a LOT of paperwork. The only negative besides the paperwork was the amount of time between hearing from the company, at times I had no idea what was going on.
