Aptitude test and personal interview. The aptitude test should be fairly easy if you are used to taking those. The personal interview was conducted by a senior manager. She was completely unclear on what she wanted, and the line of questioning reflected that she hadn't reviewed the CV before I was shortlisted. Why you shortlist someone, have them clear an aptitude test and then decide on the personal interview that the CV does not match your requirements? Please don't waste someone else's time, and yours too.
The Director, who was also on the interview panel, had a more dignified presence, and maturity too.
