I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arcesium in Oct 2023
Interview
Recruiter call. He is passive aggressive. Got first round scheduled after 2 weeks on a Saturday even though I asked to expedite the process. They prioritized their own self and were very casual in hiring. I believe they do not treat candidates seriously.
You get multiple calls and emails daily to tell you that you have an interview scheduled. A lot of spam here.
The first round was very easy basic Java questions. Questions are framed very poorly but they are easy.
My experience was bad as the interviewer did not look experienced and was very aggressive. He interrupted and did not let me speak even a single complete sentence.
After 30 minutes, a LC Hard problem was asked which I solved quickly. There was some problem in the hackerrank platform but I resolved that too. Ran test cases.
At the end, I let the interviewer know about his aggressive behavior to which he apologized and mentioned that it could be because he was unwell.
Got a call two days later from the recruiter, specifically asking if I felt uncomfortable during the interview. She lied that she has no feedback, thinking that candidates are a fool. I still mentioned the constant interruption and aggressive nature of the interview and also pointed that the interviewer took it positively and apologized, so all is good.
She said that she has noted the feedback and will provide me the feedback later. I got a rejection mail the next day. Feedback was denied.
Such rejections feel good because company only cares about protecting its own interests. It would not be a good place to work because clearly the values don't match and I am looking for a professional workplace that respects people.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arcesium (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Feb 2021
Interview
Hackerrank round which does not contain any DS but to call two API, combine their results, process it and then give some output (API were related to stock holding and stock price data). Then fitment screening round, interviewer was very arrogant with less patience not polite, continuously asking one question or other, all were basic to your work. Then 3 rounds of interview in first there was design question to design alerting and escalation system, he was more adamant for his own kind of answer, if you say something wrong while designing then you are done e.g. if you say I would use SQL because of this reason and interviewer is keen to use NOSQL then you are gone. He was in lot of hurry. Second technical with basic questions around Java and design ecommerce db. third was two coding questions .
Throughout the three rounds after interview everyone would say "they are happy with your design and approach, you design is perfect, they are fine would recommend you" . but finally you would not be shortlisted and you would keep guessing where you went wrong in which round because no feedback is shared. you just get to know whether you are in for next round or not. I hate interviewer to ask the question "Do you have any question for me". Guys please if you are not good with our approach, our design, our coding answers then please don't ask this question. why you bother to ask this typically.
This interview is the worst experience, all questions are simple and general but still you are not shortlisted and you keep guessing where things went wrong.
