After applying I had a recruiter reach out to me for a phone interview. We scheduled a phone interview, and I thought it went well. I was told that I would be moving on to the next interview which would take place on site. This was the last I heard from them. I sent 2 follow up emails and received no response, they completely ghosted me. Even if I wasn't a good fit I would have appreciated them letting me know, rather than being ghosted.
