First the recruiter “forgot” to schedule an interview. Then after I reached out again, they could not “remember” talking to me. Eventually I was scheduled an interview with a junior engineer, who interviewed me on Algorithms and Data structures that is totally irrelevant to the hardware / ASIC oriented role. This old-school way of interviewing an experienced candidate only using competitive-coding skills is not going to work for them for long.
