The recruiter instantly opened the meeting, talking about how busy she was and having other interviews after mine. No small talk whatsoever. Obviously, she was reading off of a list of questions and was speed-reading through them -- so much so that I had to ask her to repeat questions multiple times. Some questions that were asked even raised some red flags in my head. Honestly, I'm not even bummed that I didn't get the gig...the interview left me with a "thanks, but no thanks" vibe afterward.
