The whole process consisted of 3 stages:
online application
Phone interview
Assessment centre
Online application was rather confusing, as the questions are quite broad, and requires som3 knowledge of the Oven Arup's Key Speech.
Again, phone interview are mostly scenario based, with some questions related to personal traits and Arup's value.
The half day assessment centre was fun. The first part is group exercise, which requires the group to make a decision whether to bid on a controversial project. The second part was the written assessment, which requires understanding of transport planning. The final part was the interview, which I had to present my answers to the interviewer, and they also asked me about my experience and interest, and also trying to see if I align with Arup.
I am still waiting for a decision from HR.
