Interview
Application form with about 5 questions, then a telephone interview with scenario based questions, then an assessment day at their London office. Assessment day had a group task, an individual exercise, interview, tour round the office and lunch with other candidates and staff.
Multi-stage interview. Final stage is an assessment centre that lasts about 3 hours, involving a case study interview (answering how you would approach a theoretical project) and a more typical interview

Describe a project when you've had to complete work timely with competing deadlines.
It was a lot more casual than what I am used to. But this was certainly welcomed. Felt the hiring managers were genuinely interested in getting to know you and your ambitions
