Arup Graduate Engineer (Geotechnical) interview questions

Completed an online application Completed some online questions Was invited to an assessment centre in London. The Assessment Centre was structured as: 1. an icebreaker 2. A technical individual assessment where they got us to design a foundation plan in concept for a hypothetical role using pen and paper. No calculations required. 3. A group project testing team working and analysis skills. 4. An interview which involved a face to face interview with 2 people from the geotechnical department, a technical assessment of engineering skills (basic beam analysis. BMD and SFD drawing and some slope analysis). The last thing was an English language test where I had to write a letter to a contractor explaining my solutions to the individual work and a delay in project work
