Each person I met with was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed in a conference room throughout the whole process, and the people that I met with came in and out of the room. I met with each person for about 30 minutes, and it took 2 1/2 hours to finish. I was asked a series of questions about my job experience, what skills I could bring to this position, and what interested me about the position. It helped me a lot to prepare examples in my head beforehand so that I was prepared to back up statements that I made. For instance, when I said I was organized, I provided them with an example of when I was able to put my organizational skills to use in a job, and how it benefited me and others. Also, for a majority of the individual meetings I learned a lot about the company and the career paths that each person took that lead them to their current position. They told me they would get back to me on Thursday, and I am really hoping for good news!
