I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ascension (Indianapolis, IN) in Dec 2014

Interview

First it's a phone call and they ask about your work experiences. If they like what they hear then they will arrange an interview at the company. You will interview with the AP manager and the supervisors. Depending on who is available, you may have an interview with 2-6 people. After that the supervisor for the Invoice processing supervisor will call and offer you the job and pay rate. You may accept or decline, but that is all.

They ask questions like strength and weaknesses, most influential person in your life, and are you the type of person to check your bank account status regularly. We talked more in detail about my prior work experiences and how it may relate to accounts payable.
