The interview was competency based questions with different scenarios of how you have dealt with different challenges. Had some role play and also an exercise to do in the interview. Very thorough

The interviewer asked performance based questions. Gave a very detailed job description and company overview. Great Manager did the interview and was easy to talk to. Not stressful like some interviews.

Nivel de inglés requerido: al menos C1. Dos entrevistas grupales. La primera es mas breve, consta de 2 preguntas en inglés. A mi me preguntaron si alguna vez había recibido feedback negativo de algún supervisor, y qué me motiva de trabajar para est empresa. En la segunda te presentas, luego respondes 2 preguntas, y luego ven un caso puntual que te envían (todo en inglés)

Las entrevistas son grupales y muy cómodas, mitad es en inglés y el resto en español. Hacen un par de preguntas para que puedas explayarte sobre experiencias laborales que hayas tenido y al mismo tiempo poder evaluar tu inglés.
