I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aston Carter (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2022
Interview
I had three different interviews with this company. They described the recruiting process to me and how their particular company works. I felt that it was more focused on if I would be a good fit for their team vs. on what my strengths were individually.
It was short and not too difficult. more of a culture fit assessment than anything and they want to know if you want to be a seller. one initial phone screen with their internal recruiter and then an in office visit with a director and a sales manager. nice offices.
Quick 3 round process - phone virtual and in person. Each one lasting anywhere from 20-60 minutes. First would be with a recruiter. Second would be with a team member wherever you’re located then last part would be an onsite interview
3 step process. phone screen, panel, chat with director. very straight forward and engaged. also very responsive. offer came out quickly. although not the highest paying, you can make up for it through commission.
