Interview
The process took about 3 weeks total. I applied and was contacted for a first interview a few days later. That interview was a sit down with one of the managers and lasted about 20 minutes. After that, it took about 5 days to hear back again for a second interview. The second interview involved going to the store, putting together a couple outfits and explaining them to a manager, and talking about availability. After that I got a call about a week later that the background check had gone through and offering a position.

Easy customer service questions was not hard at all got offered the job right away. They were very nice and answered All my questions about pto salary. One of the questions were like how would I handle difficult situations and have I handled like merchandising?
really straightforward, all questions were common behavioral questions such as past work experience, and how you handle situations. Hiring manager interviewed me and lasted only 30 minutes. you should'nt have any difficulty.

how were you able to improve your process through criticism of a manager
Easy interview and conversational. 2 rounds (one with assistant manager and final with general manager). Easy personality questions and asked about fitness and retail experience. Very relaxed and natural. Would recommend being yourself.
