Interview
It was very casual. I applied online at Gap.com and they called me for an interview. Then I went in and met with a manager at the store. We talked on a bench in the mall and it was very laid back and relaxed. I felt she was open to the store's needs and honest about the job functions. We spoke for maybe 20-30 minutes and she told me they had a few more interviews and then would make a decision.

She asked me why I wanted to work at Athleta. She asked if I'd be available to work through the holidays.
After submitting my online application, I didn't hear back for weeks and assumed nothing would come from it. Took a while to get back to me for initial interview, but process was smooth overall and every team member I spoke with while coordinating was friendly and helpful.

Very easy, applied online and got a phone call. Went for an in person interview, great conversation and they hired me shortly after. Great process and they were very transparent.
Sit down, in person conversation with the hiring manager. The conversation was a very laid-back dialogue. The manager was new to the location and still figuring out the vibe herself.
