One 1:1 interview (after phone interview)within a weeks time. People & work environment seemed casual & down-to-earth within their cubicle and dog-friendly work space. Well-lighted & large windows over look a green space out in the back of the office building.
High volume of applicants. The Recruiter mentioned selecting the final group was hard to pick-out. The manner of the 1:1 interview had not given me any indication that I would not be selected. Recruiter said to keep an eye out on future openings and encouraged me to reapply.
Advice to potential candidates: Do the best you can at answering the interviewer's questions. But, don't be surprised during this Recession/Recovery that it is hard to get an offer. I believe employers are using salary requirements or history as a reason not to hire experience workers.
