Athleta Sales Associate interview questions

I first made contact while shopping in the store, and asked if they were hiring. A manager was happy to talk to me, referred me to the online application, and noted my first name. 4 days later, I was called to schedule an interview. 2 days after that, I had an in-store one-on-one interview with the manager I'd spoken with originally. 4 days after that, they called to offer me a position! Honestly, I was very impressed with the manager's enthusiasm for the company, as well as her interviewing skills. This was my first retail interview (been in office work for years), and she asked more probing, thought-provoking questions than anyone I've ever interviewed with for office positions, including HR reps. It was a very positive experience!

Once we got in contact, it all went smoothly. They scheduled their interview around my availability, and you can hear the excitement from the hiring manager's end of the phone, and it was just such a positive and exciting build up.
