I went through multiple rounds, it was a standard interview process with portfolio presentation included near the end with senior designers of the team. Felt like I was well prepared for every step

Interview
Employees are great at Atlassian but the recruiting process is the worst. This is a place where I've seen the laziest recruiters in my life. Recruiters go for vacations while candidates are being interviewed and they don't assign the candidate to another recruiter. Recruiters take your availability and they don't respect them at all, they don't respond to your availability and come up with completely new timings for the interviews. To get feedback you will have to follow-up 4-5 times even when you know the answer. My hiring manager told me we would be proceeding to the next steps but it took recruiter 2 weeks to inform me that and I already accepted another offer during the course of time. I really loved Atlassian products but couldn't join there due to several delays and follow-ups.

Interview
After two pleasant and positive interviews, the recruiter said she was happy to move me on to the third round with a panel of 5 people. She asked for my availability and then I never heard from her again. I politely reached out 3 more times after that and CC'd other Atlassian recruiter team members but received no response. It was a frustrating end to what began as a lovely experience with Atlassian.
