Had an awful experience. Avoid this place unless you are a programmer. The interviewer; rang 15 minutes later than the scheduled time, had a poor understanding of the role and was flat-out rude. It was strange for an internal referral and shows a lack of respect to existing staff. Perhaps it is necessary in dealing with the huge applicant volumes they get for tech roles, but this was a senior specialist position and needed a specialist recruiter.
