It was OK. The first round was on a video call with the hiring manager, and we talked about my experiences and expectations for the role. The company approached me for further face-to-face rounds. I declined it as my interviews with other companies were lined up and they couldn't reschedule the interview as the hiring manager has flew from another location for the interviews.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk in Jun 2021
Interview
There were 3 rounds. First round was supposed to be screening but lot of Q from and Data Engineer profile in general. There were 3 people in panel for 2nd round. They asked me about my profile and project. And even asked me to code .I was able to do all of that but I didnt get any response after the 3rd round. The whole process is slow and even being most sought company the HR is not capable of doing his duties of informing the candidate in advance. Rajesh was the recruiter HR who even scheduled the interview at 3 hour notice. I dont expect such experience from Autodesk
