So to start, ya take a survey, get a phone interview, then a Skype interview, which is normal, But then they ask you to take an assessment that isnt a "right or wrong answer type if thing, just to show them where you are at, when it comes to computer navigation" giving the impression they are considering you for the position. You take what claims to be a 45 min survey, but ends up being an hour and twenty minutes long, it tells you if you are right or wrong as you go, and you ace it. And then they deny you the position. So essentially they waste what time you could have been using seeking employment, just to lead you on. If you have no interest in hiring a candidate, don't put them through another assessment just to shoot them down immediately after.
