We appreciate you taking the time to come in and interview. It is never our intention to make you feel as if we have wasted your time and for that we apologize. We strive to avoid miscommunication but it sounds as if that may have been the case here.
We are proud of our hardworking employees and our recent growth. That growth necessitates hiring new employees, hence your interview. Unfortunately because our current employees are busy that sometimes makes it difficult for them to leave their responsibilities, even for an interview that could lead to the eventual mitigation of their workloads.
