As part of our interview process we do require that each candidate completes a Predictive Index (PI.) This quick test was not designed by anyone at Aya Healthcare. It is an evidence based assessment and its efficacy has been proven through hundreds of statistical studies across dozens of industries. Despite our confidence in the accuracy of the PI we never base hiring decisions solely on the results of this test. Experience, aptitude, previous achievement and more are all taken into account when we evaluate a candidate. We would like everyone that interacts with Aya Healthcare to have a positive experience but we are selective when we choose to add someone to the team. It follows that not everyone who interviews will be offered a position. These decisions are made after careful consideration and a variety of assessments in addition to the PI.
