It started with a personality assessment, then a phone interview, followed by two more interviews with a recruiter and a manager. At first, it all seemed to be going well. After the second interview, the manager told me the they would be in touch within a few days, but I never heard anything back from them. I sent emails to thank them and to follow up, but there was no response. To no respond at all seemed unprofessional.
