I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare (San Diego, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Start to finish for me was about a week and half. I had an Initial phone screening which lead to my 1st
face to face meeting with two of the Directors. I was invited back for a 2nd interview to meet with two additional Directors and the CEO. It was clear from my 1st phone conversation that the goal was to make sure I was a good fit for their organization and that the focus was on quality vs. quantity. Aya is like no company I have ever worked for before because they genuinely strive for a positive and happy work environment and experience. This made me even more excited to join the team. The best way to describe my interview process and now my current employment is to say that Aya is the Nordstom of travel nursing company's.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare (Omaha, NE) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Your talent acquisition specialist is very on top with communicating to you the next steps in setting up the interviews. I had 2 interviews. First one with was with 3 managers, and second one was with the recruitment manager. They were great, really gave you details on what Aya is about when it comes to a whole and as to what they’re looking for in their recruiters which aligned very well to what I’m looking for.

I began with a screening and personality test, followed by an interview with the leadership and recruitment team, and a final interview with the VP of recruitment. The entire process was well-organized, and I always knew what to expect at each stage. Katie, the talent specialist I worked with, was an absolute pleasure—she consistently ensured I had the resources and support needed to succeed throughout the interview process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aya Healthcare (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2022

Terrible communication. Did not follow-up or respond. No feedback on the process. I do not understand why you would just not let me know one way or another. Do not recommend going through a recruiter
