No formal interview to begin with them. Interviews are with each hospital. A recruiter will call you soon after you fill out an application online. The application is not long, standard nursing information questions. Retyping your resume and listing references etc.

Very straight forward and easy interview process. No difficult questions and did not feel uncomfortable or nervous throughout the interview. Mainly asked about my experience and what that entailed/where I have worked and asked about the skills checklist that they require you to complete.

Very simple, everyone was very polite and asked basic questions. I felt very comfortable interviewing with Aya. The interviewer was very accommodating and the whole process moved very quickly. I would recommend working with Aya
