The interview process was smooth. Your talent acquisition specialist is very on top with communicating to you the next steps in setting up the interviews. I had 2 interviews. First one with was with 3 managers, and second one was with the recruitment manager. They were great, really gave you details on what Aya is about when it comes to a whole and as to what they’re looking for in their recruiters which aligned very well to what I’m looking for.

I began with a screening and personality test, followed by an interview with the leadership and recruitment team, and a final interview with the VP of recruitment. The entire process was well-organized, and I always knew what to expect at each stage.
