Application
I applied online. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Warton, Lancashire, Lancashire, North West England, England) in Jul 2024
Interview
After application, there's a one-way video interview online which everyone does and consists of 5 questions about yourself and your experiences.
After that its then an online video interview with 2 engineers. This was 6 behavioural questions and 3 technical questions. The behavioural questions are simple so long as you have experience being in difficult and challenging situations in both the workplace and education. Having as many different examples is ideal. As for the technical questions these are based on the role but an in-depth understanding of this is essential.
Took about a week after interview for an offer.
