at career fair and not a long conversation, they looked at resume and basically said they don’t hire freshmen. the recruiter was nice but not an engineer so Im not sure how they were judging candidates
The interview went very well; the interviewers were patient, professional, and accommodating. They created a comfortable environment, asked thoughtful questions, and genuinely seemed interested in my experiences and motivation for the role.

Video stage with testing followed by face to face interview over zoom, lots of applicants so difficult to get through all stages. Can feel like efforts go amiss but understandable with level and amount of competition
Answer a few questions online, like why BAE, and a few other typical and general interview questions. There is also a math quiz (or game) which is about quick mental math
