Interview
Interview was held on campus. Acquired interview through on campus resources and meet with some executives before interview at a Risk Management job fair held on campus. Interviewed with two current account managers. Interview centered on behavioral questions and problem solving steps taken in actual work or school.

There was a phone interview and then in person interview. The interview process was fairly easy and moved quickly. Once on board you will be placed in a training class.

Interview
I filled out an application online and a couple hours later I received a call from a recruiter to schedule an interview. 3 days later I interviewed. 2 days after that, I received an offer for employment. I did my background info the same day and signed the offer letter. Also had to do fingerprints.

Interview
about 45 minutes long and comfortable. Questions were asked that were typical to any other banking experience, but seeing that I had many years of banking behind me I suppose that would have been expected.
