Very organized and structured. After application was submitted had to complete a personality and cognitive test. Next was a recorded video interview. After, they flew me out to Fort Worth.

Interview
I completed an assessment after submitting my application. The next step was the hirevue, they got back within a week after completing the assessment. Hirevue consisted of 3 video questions and some written questions.

Question 1
1. Can you describe a time when you successfully influenced a group to change their perspective and embrace your idea? Describe the situation, your actions, the difficulties you encountered and the outcome.
2. Tell me about a situation where you took the initiative to resolve a work-related challenge without seeking managerial input. What approach did you follow, and what were the outcomes?
3. As a Technology Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with others to find answers to solve complex railroad problems. Can you tell me about a time where you had to create a technology solution to solve a problem? How do you stay informed about the latest advances in technology to ensure your solutions are always up-to-date and effective?
Online application. After that, then got an email inviting me to complete the rest of my application (inputting specific experience I had), and they gave me 5 days to complete it. Then got another email about a week later to interview on the HireVue website, 6 video interview questions, and they gave 5 days from the date of the email to complete the online interview portion. The hirevue website was really easy to use. It was a one-sided interview, so you could start the interview at any time during the 5 days without having to schedule a meeting to meet with someone from their company to interview you.
