Baird Intern interview questions

Went through a few rounds of interviews. Started with a virtual “interview” where I wrote my answers in a text box and answered one video question. Simple and easy. Then went to a phone screening with a recruiter who asked more about my background, both personal and professional. Super casual, really just getting to know me. Then interviewed with who would end up being my direct manager, where the questions got more difficult and more job specific to figure out what I already knew. Final interview was with other members of my team, more job specific questions mixed with some casual getting to know me questions. It was a long process but it was worth it, as it gave me a chance to get to know my team and the company as well as give them a chance to really get to know me as a person rather than a resume. All in all, the interview process took about 3 weeks.
