I applied through other source. I interviewed at Banfield Pet Hospital (Nashville, TN) in Aug 2020
Interview
Standard interview process. Questions such as what makes you a good fitfor the role and what past experiences have prepared you for the position. Also had a observational interview where I came in and observed the team working for about an hour or so. Great process to determine if the job is the right fit for you.
Thank you for your review, we are glad to hear you had such a positive experience. We hope you continue to have this positive experience with us for many years.

Interview
Went in for an in person interview, the manager was nice. The hospital is in a pet smart so I thought the set up of it was a little weird but not the worst. I stayed for around 45 minutes after the interview. There was definitely some coworkers who didn't work well together. The lab was messy/unorganized.
