Barclays Senior Project Manager interview questions

This was a temp to perm role, outsourced through Williams Lea. The interview process took several weeks, I met with the Creative Manager, Operations and Managing Director. During the one year I worked for Williams Lea/Barclays I witnessed very shady unprofessional and illegal practices.

App direct to Barclays. Telephone interview, online psychometric test then assessment centre encompassing competency and business line interview plus a 15 minute presentation on an innovation I launched in my current role. All fairly standard and to be expected for a role at this level.
